Seriously, this is getting beyond a joke now.
After the January patch me, and many others, have had this refresh rate lag that lags everything when scrolling. The March update that I downloaded yesterday was meant to be a 'fix' but it's made no difference at all!
Samsung should be embarrassed that even after 3 months they can't fix something simple like a refresh rate lag on their flagship phone.

When will this be fixed?

Hi @Gee-zy  Advisable to wipe the cache partition and use the Galaxy app Booster available via Good Guardians after updates: Have you preformed any of these tasks?

Appreciate that some Members have experienced  lag issues and understand the concern but by no means is this a universal problem.

For reference to Wipe cache partition:

1. Turn off the device.
2. Connect To Computer or plug in USB-C Headphones , Press and hold the Volume Up key and then press and hold the Power key (plus Bixby Key if phone has one)
3. When the Android logo displays, release all three keys.
4. An 'Installing system update' message will show for 30 - 60 seconds before the Android system recovery menu options appear.
5. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
6. Press Power key to select.
7. Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, them and press the Power key to select.
8. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
9. Press the Power key to restart the device.

Some further advice also in this article  https://thedroidguy.com/samsung-galaxy-s21-keeps-lagging

However further updates may be needed for some issues.

I have experienced this and posted about it in other threads. Oddly enough, I haven't experienced it in a while now! I have no idea why, I haven't made any changes or removed any apps since I last experienced it. I have probably just jinxed myself!!!

My advice comes from being a UK Samsung iPhone user.

Current Devices:
  • iPhone 14 Pro 256GB Deep Purple
  • Samsung Galaxy Buds+ > Model: SM-R175.

Hi, I can confirm that after OneUI 4.1 update everything runs smooth and fine even at 60Hz. It took a bit long but they finally fixed it!

@mariozelaschi  Good to hear 😊   .   Is it the same experience for others who had issues?
