Same issue, Samsung Dubai, service center and call center just keep reinstalling the OS and calling it "fixed", already did it thrice.

people should report this through the galaxy members app.
Settings > Error Reports and send it there.
the more people do this the more visibility this issue will get from Samsung

Are you using snart switch app on your mobile every time after getting OS reinstalled
because some one said its due to old setting being transferred from old phone

My replacement phone arrived a few days ago. Not a single crash since. Looks like it was definitely a hardware issue for me.

nope, didn't use smart switch, didn't have it installed even except for the first time.

do keep us updated please, this issue is annoying and the service center is useless in dubai.
