let it die out and restart it, hopefully this fixes it. I've seen similar things happen when people tase their phones but it shouldn't cause any long term damage. if it does not work after a restart I would take it to a Samsung technician or get a replacement/ refund.
We cannot see the video because it has not been approved yet. If forcing it to turn off and then turning it on again did not solve that strange behaviour it is more than likely that you are experiencing a hardware problem and you need to bring it to a samsung assistance center in order to have one of their engineers to look at it and find what the issue is in order to repair the device
