Has anyone tried using 2 sim cards?

I am having an issue where sim card slot 1 is not working, basically saying there is no sim card.

I have tried everything other than a factory reset which I am a little reluctant to do, so was just wondering if anyone else had the same issue.

I bought my phone just a month ago and I'm having the same issue with SIM 2. It's an expensive phone to present such kind of issues.

Same here, got an extra SIM card from work. SIM2 stays gray. Both SIM cards work in SIM1 position, but never in SIM2, after the focus problems with the lens this again 😞
