S21 Ultra Custom Colour Problem

I placed a customized samsung s21 ultra phantom navy order on the 25/03/2021 (UK) and today on the 08/04/2021 received this message saying there was a problem with the order. I've called support and they've said it's fine as long as I'll wait I'll still receive the order. Has anyone else had this message?

did you get it from SamsungUK? I dunno if it was dodgy but theres nothing fishy with the message.

I've seen someone post on here with a similar message. They were waiting on a refund. Think Samsung are having issues with getting parts in. So I think it is a genuine message and you should call them again.
