S21 ultra crashing

So I let my nephew on roblox and he comes to me frequently telling me his game has crashed... I've cleared ram and cache, I even done a factory reset... can anyone help please?

I am going to assume that this phone recently had the software update that seems to have caused a few issues.
I think it's just a case of waiting for updates to apps and system and checking regularly.
I share your frustration with a S21+.

Have you cleared the cache of the app too under Settings, Apps,  choose the game , Storage and clear cache and if necessary clear Data although that will clear the game saves etc @DiabolicalRaven

If playing games make sure you don't have any other apps open in the background.
