S21 Ultra camera not working

Hi folks just got an s21 Ultra and camera not working front camera ok for video calling but no rear camera 🥺 any ideas ?

Turn off and back on🤷
Or failing that do a wipe of partion cache

Have you tried pressing the on screen key to switch between cameras when in a video call; its 2 arrows in a circular pattern chasing each others tail, it should appear on the screen bottom, just to the right of centre next to the red End Call button.

@storieboy79: Tyr heading to the Galaxy Store > Tap the 3 lines in the top left > Updates, to see if there are any updates available for the Camera app that might address the issue. If not, head to Settings > Apps > Camera > Force Stop > Storage > Clear Cache > Clear Data. If you're still unable to access the rear camera in the Camera app, head to the Samsung Members app > Get Help > Diagnostics > Start > Camera, and run through the on screen instructions. Does this flag any issues?

X3 and x10 camera fails to operate even shuts down phone on occasions x1 sometimes have to shake the phone to get it to focus properly x.6 works fine. Any ideaS other than clearing data and cache?????
