That's not good and I appreciate would be extremely frustrating and inconvenient @S21 ultra smith
May I ask what if any troubleshooting tips have you tried out ?
i.e
Has a Samsung Service Centre had hands on ?
Have you been able to try your sim card in another phone as a process of elimination and if possible another sim card in your phone ?
Just to rule out a sim card possible issue.
A network can replace a sim card via a process known as a sim swap.
Does this happen everywhere you go and to all calls ?
The phone has a network connection reset in Settings, General Management, Reset, Reset Network connection.
Have you used the diagnostic tool in your Samsung Members App.
My apologies if you've tried these.
I wish you all the best.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

I have been experiencing the same problem for over a month now. I went to T Mobile and they told me "they are working on the towers".
However, I traveled to another State and I get the exact same issue.so I am doubting the "working on towers" excuse. Question is, how to I solve this. This is my business phone and it is seriously affecting what I need to accomplish.

I went verizon they said it's a samsumg issue and have had many many complaints. Went to best buy which is samsung offical troubleshooting . I was told samsung needs an update to fix this that they also have tons of people coming in with same complaints. Not sure now it's been over a month samsung has fixed nothing frustrated can't even talk to anyone correctly. Not sure why samsung isn't sending customers a statement to public to address this

I've been having the same issue much longer. I got so fed up I switched from Verizon to tmobile with no change so I'm convinced it's a Samsung issue
