#S21 ultra battery status 0 showing

I have S21 Ultra and downloaded UI 4.0 and Android 12 , since then I am facing  issue with battery.

1. Battery percentage bar always show 0%

I have tried to fix in battery settings but issue still persists.

Try running a diagnostic test
Click on the get help button
And click on battery

Also try clearing the cache

Thank for your suggestions.I did this earlier too.In Device health care cleared data and cashe. I run battery diagnostic test showing no issue with battery.Working perfectly.But in status bar showing battery percentage 0 . I restarted my device several times but issue this persists.

Perhaps a reset may resolve the issue
