S21 ultra battery drain after January 1st 2022 update

Good evening.

I need help with my galaxy s21 ultra, since last update I am having draining battery issues.  I tried with battery usage optimization with no success.  It is showing me that the Samsung email app is using the most of the battery and I can not close the app because is native.  It also hotter than usual.

Have you cleared the phones cache? Also worth installing samsung good guardians app and running app booster after major software updates.

Hi, I had to uninstall the Samsung email app & use the Gmail one instead, that how I fixed the issue.
