S21 ultra android 13?

Hi guys I'm with o2 in the uk and i still have not got a android 13!? My wife has received it and she has just the normal s21? Anything i can do to get the update without flashing the rom and loosing all my data etc?

You could try plugging up to a PC and use smartswitch on both phone and PC.

@Volanaro: If you have attempted the update via Wi-Fi by heading to Settings > Software update > Download and install, and you haven't had any luck, then you may wish to attempt the update via Smart Switch on your home computer. 

To begin with, please follow the link below, and click on 'How Do I Get Smart Switch On My PC or Mac' to download the relevant version

Once installed, open Smart Switch, connect your S21 using the USB cable that came packaged with the device, and look for an update prompt on the landing page, next to your device details. Let me know how you get on.

Uodaring via the smart switch worked thanks, took around 4 hours to do though! Lol, but that's okay, thanks for the help, I'm going to delete the partition cache later, I'm hoping that will help with future updates,
