I have dual Facebook, dual messenger.
Since I got the phone, I've set personal notification tones for all 4.
Settings allow access to files and media.
All of a sudden, the 2nd messenger has set to default tone.
There's NO access to my own personal notification tones, only built in Galaxy ones.
BOTH Facebook apps are OK, my main messenger is too.
I've cleared data and cache.
I've uninstalled app and rebooted.
Seems to have happened since a software update.
Anyone else experienced this?
