We have a S21 Ultra 5G purchased in November, and, after purchase, have been advised by Verizon that the voicemail does not work on this device. Which is true. No notifications or access to voicemails on the device. Supposedly Samsung is “working on it.”
Does anyone have any experience getting it to work another way, or with a workaround? Right now, we need to dial *86 just to see if there are any voicemail messages, as well as listening to them. Thanks.
