S21 Ultra 5g losing connection

For the past two months, I've noticed my 5g drops connection and won't come back on for some time. I have to go into mobile networks and switch it from 5g/LTE/3G/2G to LTE/3G/2G in order to get my data working.  Since buying my phone on launch day I've never had any issues with 5G where I lived on any side of the city. 

Not sure what's causing this help would be appreciated

I have an S21 5g but we don't have 5g unless I'm in Cardiff!

I have difficulty scanning QR codes in some places.
My husband has an A19 (?) and his works every time!

My phone is losing WiFi a lot and 4g isn't working.

I'm missing out on my 02 Prioity offers in Greggs because of it.

I've only just found this app after contacting Samsung for help because the last update has changed the calendar.
I can't set it for 4 weekly intervals any more.
