S21 Ultra 3x camera focus issue

New S21U 512gb SD888 device. 

Odd issue where the 3x lens won't focus properly and appears to be an IS issues (image stabilization issue). The camera lens will shutter intermittently in use for both still imaging as well as video. Present regardless of lighting or focal length.

Device is up to date and all software current. Anyone else seeing this issue?

Curious on proper method for contacting Samsung for review as their website is littered with AI responses and I'm looking to capture the specifics for reference (email for history would be great).

I had similar problem like that when i had a note 9 if i recall there was alot of people had that problem it turned out to be a problem with the hardware rather than software. hope you get it sorted soon.

I guess you will need to contact Samsung in the US as it's an SD device.

sorry off topic where did you order SD version? is it US version or Hong-Kong version?

This was direct from Samsung as part of the pre-order. Unlocked carrier device. 

Trying to find contact info on the Samsung website blows. Going to have to try and call.
