S21 UHD 60FPS Video issues

I saw some posts about ultra models, but nothing about S21. When i'm using UHD mode with 30 fps everything is working good and clear, but when I turn on UHD 60 FPS, image is blurry and there is too much noice on it even i zoom the minimum. Did anyone face same issue? Safe mode and cleaning cache  doesn't solve the issue

It will need more light to work properly. Try in the sunlight and let us know what happens.

I have tried that In daylight. I have uploaded videos, you will see it once approved

Wow there is something seriously wrong here. I don't have the S21 but I've never quite seen anything this bad on my Ultra. Are these heavily cropped in?

I got same problem with my S21 Ultra Exynos when using video camera mode UHD 60 Fps. Try Safe mode and cleaning cache  doesn't solve it

I've just noticed the same issue on s10 (UHD 30/60FPS; FHD 30/60 FPS), have you resolved this issue on your phone?
