I would like to know if the European model of the s21 supports 5g mmwave because 2 weights are indicated 169 and 171 g for the base S21

Yes the base S21 supports both sub-6 and mmWave 5G

BUT HOW? IT DOES NOT SUPPORT THE N260 AND N261 FREQUENCY BANDS

the tear down videos of the exynos  version of the s21  i have seen so far show that it is missing the 2  mmwave antennas and therefore do not support mmWave. This accounts for the weight difference
