S21 speaker issues

Hi all, hoping to get some advice...

The main speaker on my s21 ultra is not working properly...it almost sounds as if there is something in there loose or rattling around. The sound for calls, videos music etc is extremely distorted. Is it fixable is there something I can do? Is this covered by samsung?

I was literally watching a video on YouTube when it happened so no reason like dropping has occurred...

I don't have cover with my service provider. The phone is about 9 months old.

Hi @mamabear3. Has the rattling sound only just occurred since the audio issue? Please go into the Samsung Members app > Support > View Tests > Speaker. Follow the on-screen steps. Does the issue persist?
