Does anyone know when you will be able to claim the free gifts for pre ordering the S21 ?

Hey @dc7911, you can start claiming your gifts today 00:01 (GMT) 29th January 2021 until 23:59 (GMT) on 28th February 2021. Your pre-order gifts will then be fulfilled up to 45 days after the claim is accepted.

To avoid any confusion, the offer is only surfaced to the S21/S21+/S21 Ultras who are eligible for the offer.

• Refresh the benefits banner by dragging down from the top on the Benefits page. 
• What's your model code?
• What country are you attempting to claim from?
  • Our English language Community has a lot of users not based in the UK or Ireland so we may have alternative troubleshooting in those instances)
