S21 Plus slow-motion keeps alternating between normal and slow

When I start a slow-motion (not super slow-mo) recording, I expect it to record in slow-motion for the entire recording. However what I'm finding is that it is alternating, seemingly randomly, between normal-speed video and slow-motion video in the *recording* (not the playback).

Samsung do you support your software/hardware? This feature is complete broken in a very obvious way, hello?

Clearly the answer here is "no". So I'll be offloading this S21 and moving back to Pixel, which has a perfectly working slow-motion mode, and all around better camera performance and asthetic(and that was a pixel3a!)
