S21 Notification sounds

My S21 and my Watch Classic 4 recently had an OS update. I have just noticed that I am getting no sound for notifications on either email or text.

I have been through all the settings I can find and everything looks right so i am at a loss what to do next

Go to the menu by swiping down on home screen and click the speaker with a blue ring around it click notification and set it to Any level of volume. Hope it works

Sorry it is set to sound. The phone rings, it is just the notifications that make no sound

I have exactly the same problem I have reported it and reset my phone losing almost all of my personal photos and importantly documents even though I done a backup not impressed Samsung at all. Minus 5 stars for this update

Did you turn up the notification option

Well I did as I said above and it made no difference

Solved it!!

I turned sounds off, rebooted the phone then turned sounds on again and that did it.
