Since the update on 18 November 22, when wake up and check my S21 which I leave to charge overnight, it has restarted and is waiting for me to enter my pin! This means that I miss any calls and notifications that arrive prior! This is no good. What if I miss an important call?
Same here, I am the key holder for 3 sites, already had an issue when CCTV monitoring couldnt get in touch, was waken up by the police knocking on the door, what a shame Samsung
Oh, wow. I feel lucky that mine finally got sorted out. Took numerous error reports and sending numerous questions AND a factory reset though. And I still am not clear what sorted my issue out.
