S21 Grainy photos

Any help or tips appreciated re S21 taking photos inside to ensure they are not grainy. I am big Samsung fan but tbh the Iphone appears to be streets ahead re the camera for inside shots.  I am very tempted to do trade in for an iphone at this rate.  Outdoor photos are of good quality to be fair to Samsung but surely simple setting such as this (photo attached), not really moving should produce a decent photo?

I'm having the same issue with mine. The photos are of very poor quality, and im thinking of going back to the iPhone. Had enough of trying to get an answer to the problem as when i first got the phone, the picture quality was brilliant.
