S21 FE - refurbished?

Hi, my question is :

1. Does the serial number start with : RF indicate phone is refurbished?

2. I tried phone info+(SAM) app and it shows my phone is refurbished. Is this app good ?

I wouldn't have thought a product serial number changes. R is the product code. The second part is usually an alpha numeric which is the factory code.

Its a strange one. Did you get it direct from Samsung?

Yes, from official Samsung store.
