S21 FE not being accepted for upgrade Trade-In at Samsung Store

I'm looking to upgrade to the latest S series and I have noticed that Samsung are not listed nor accepting trade-ins for the Samsung S21 FE. I'd like to know why Samsung Store are not accepting this phone as a trade in with any offer for a new phone? They are accepting the standard S21 but not the Fan Edition... !?Thanks @Admin

I would be surprised, it must be an error on the website, I just traded in a s20 fe and got £170 for it

It's been this way for a few months. Even I would like to trade my 21FE for a 23 Ultra but seem to be stuck
