S21 Can't send pictures in messages to other samsungs

I need help!

My S21 won't send pictures to other samsung phones using "messages" unless I go into the settings each time and turn off the "chat messages" option and force the phone to send them as a MMS.  I can recieve them ok....just can't send them.

mine has and I can't fix it or figure how to make it work.

Hi all chat messages is working again it seems it was fixed in the latest update.
