s21 camera problems

is anybody else s21 camera not working mine wont open or even take a photo ????

@tj1985 Hello, press and hold the camera icon, you will see an iboton, in Storage - delete cache and data.Also in Permissions, check to have all the permissions activated.

still not opening up, when i mean opening the lens with not open all after that up date
