S21 call dropping

I have followed all the links to sort phone drops. What else can I do? Not good for Samsung...

Can you be more specific on what you have performed thus far by following all the links ?

  • Does this happen everywhere or in one place.
  • Have you tried your sim card in another phone as a process of elimination.
  • Your network can check your masts and your account.
  • Some Network's have online mast checkers so you can check them yourself too. Mast congestion can play a part.
  • Your network can perform a sim swap to replace the sim card if necessary.
  • A Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre can take a look at your phone. 
  • Try a reset of your network connection in Settings, General Management,  Reset and Network Settings.

Thank you, yes more than on place, works then doesnt work.
I have restarted when that happens. Restart network WiFi, rest network settings. But not tried the other points you gave. Im going to go to the Samsung store on sat. As everything else is great but just the calling.
