I purchased my S21+ 5G directly from Samsung.com and upon changing my carrier I get the error message saying I cannot use another carrier at this time. I called Verizon they said they did not lock it because it was a BYOD and I need to contact Samsung. However, Samsung is being difficult and refusing to help me saying they cannot give me the unlock code that my carrier does?! The FTC and Attorney General is gonna be looking into this because I believe they are providing false information
