S21 5G badge app notifications facebook and twitter

Hi I got the s21 5g today and its driving me mad that I don't seem to be getting badge app notifications for Facebook or twitter? All my settings are on etc but I have to physically open the apps to see if I have a notification. Any help? Thanks 😊

I went into settings,on to app that i wasnt getting notifications for,gave permissions..worked ok after...hope that helps...
