S pen to text on S21 Ultra

So you cant use S pen Pro to write in text box directly as S21 Ultra doesnt support S Pen to Text ? Z Fold 3 has it as a toggle , so are we waiting on a software update to S21 Ultra ? ( Tab S7 Plus has it already ) .
