S pen on a S21 ultra not working

November 22 update has stopped my S pen from working, can't reset it, it will not pick it up. Anyone else have this issue ?

Is it ON under settings > search for Spen.

Also consider just normally restarting your phone.

Yes its on in settings, ice restarted my phone and still nothing, it will not recognise it, I wish I hadn't accepted the update as its now useless, Samsung need to sort another update out as I used the pen for loads of things.

I don't have any issues.

I would make sure all apps are updated in both stores.

Do a WIPE CACHE.

I have already done all that. It worked 10 mins before the update then nothing since. everything is updated just obviously a glitch in the update. Hopefully they will put another one out soon as loads of people have issues with this update.

I believe I have the same issue. I have a Galaxy S21 Ultra with the original s pen, not the s pen pro. It says it's on in settings, but my phone will not detect any movement or touch from it, seemingly after the update. Hope this gets fixed soon!

@Chris Mehl: If you place the S Pen in it's holster, then head to Settings > Advanced features > S Pen > Air actions > Tap the 3 dots in the top right > Reset S Pen, does this resolve your issue?

No, it doesn't have a holder and if you press the 3 dots it's s pen Pro which it isn't.

Mine does not even show that option it only has an option to try & connect an s pen pro
