Are you supposed to get a pen in the new Samsung S 21 Ultra or is that an extra.

that's separate. you can buy them separately. I bought an old S pen for Note 8. any of the S pens work which is great

Yes it's an extra but if you haven't already bought one I would recommend waiting on the S Pen Pro to come out as it has got the added benefit of Bluetooth.... So it will work just like they done on the Note series!
