Software update stuck on 100% for last 3.5 hours....need to go to work and need phone. It says please do not disconnect phone 🙄 but I think I will need to....really didn't think it would take this long to roll it back 😔

It sat on 100% for 6 hours, doing nothing. Just unplugged it and left phone on Android 12 🤷

Check for any updates on both stores for any apps.

Also maybe don't let the phone sleep when you try again.

Phone didn't sleep and everything was upto date....

@rogersdave77: I'm sorry to hear that you have experienced this issue. Can you confirm if you deregistered from the Beta via the Samsung Members app > Settings > One UI Beta Program > Deregister? If so, try pressing the Volume Down and Side Keys together for around 10 seconds until the device restarts, then try rolling back the software once again via Smart Switch. Let me know how you get on.

Yes I deregistered....im not going to roll my phone back, going to stay on 12....my partner has given me my Christmas present early...galaxy tab s6 lite so I will use it for the 3rd party app that won't run on Android 12
