Ringtone S21

I have a S21+ and when ever I change my ringtone tone to a personalised one in either way, or mp3 file format it reverts back to the previous default factory ringtone within an hour. Why is this, am I doing something wrong,is there a fault?

Hi, @Kelado. Hmm, that's interesting, and I'm unsure as to why this would be happening. Are you following the exact steps outlined in the guide below?:

Is this happening with all of your own tones or just this one in particular @Kelado  ?

Maybe the tone itself is clashing !

Can you try another perhaps from zedge.com  ?
