When I bought my Samsung products I was eventually given over 12 thousand reward points. But there is no way to use them.

Does anyone have any ideas how to use them or better still how to use them.

You can Spend them when purchasing an item from samsung.com

At the checkout stage when the payment screen shows there is an option to choose your Rewards Points.

12,000 Rewards Points in the UK is £12.00.
