Well samsung what can I say.....just received 10 minutes ago yodel delivery buds pro and smart tag as promised. Claimed 28.01 validated within one hour, delivered within 19 days in reality 5 days if you take into account the 14 day cancellation period that has to pass to ensure you have not returned the phone. Excellent service and for FREE yes FREE and I've seen a small minority complain. Not me 10/10 samsung

still waiting for my delivery date after being validation. if you have to wait for the 14 day return to pass then my date should be sometime this week .

this fills me with hope that I may get mine within the next week or so. mine was validated pretty much immediately after completing the claim on the Saturday after launch day so fingers crossed.
