Can someone tell me how to return a product, it's been less than 28 days since it arrived and there is no "return" button on the order page. I tried phoning but I get put on an infinite hold loop.

There should have been a note that came with the delivery @JL12 that shows an email address or telephone number to arrange collection.
I'm in the UK so used the following email address.
support@samsunguk.zendesk.com
Make sure you package the item well.
Also take a time and date stamped photo of the item in the box and then some of the item , with one of it turned On to show it's aesthetic condition.
Make a note of the drivers name and registration number.
