Returning old phone with Samsung upgrade programme

I recently upgraded my phone to the S21 ultra via the Samsung upgrade programme. However, I haven't received any information or communication from Samsung about returning my current phone. 

Does anyone have experience with this process?

Hi, they will send you a package to return your phone in after you received your phone.
