Restarting and shutting sometimes for no reason

My phone have been restarting and shutting down without any reason, while not using like if I do not use my phone for less than 1 min it's restart and shut down. This started after the update.

No third party application installed 
Still restart in safe mode 
Auto optimisation is off

I tried Factory reset, safe mode(still restated) and I have 90GB left of the space.

There are two ways to start your device in Safe mode. You can either reboot your device or power on your device in Safe mode.

Reboot device in Safe mode:

1Press and hold the Power key until the "Power off" screen is displayed.

Please note: If your device does not have a separate Power key, use the key combination that you would usually use to switch off your device. The below image shows the key combination on the Galaxy Note10.



2Tap and hold the "Power Off" icon until the “Safe mode” option is displayed.



3Tap “Safe mode”.



4Your device will restart to show the home screen in Safe mode.



Power on your device in Safe mode:

1Power off your device.

2Power on your device.

3When the Samsung logo appears by itself, press and hold the Volume down key.

4The device will switch on in Safe mode. "Safe mode" will be displayed on the bottom left of the screen.
