Certainly sounds like your phone has been through the wars 😞
I would suggest that you let a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre have hands on as they will need to assess the phone just incase there is anything else needing attention that your not aware of, and then give a costing so you can then decide if the cost is worth the repair against the current value of the phone.
Using a non authorised repair shop can sometimes lead to other issues such as dust introduction and possible accidental damage to other parts and they may not use oem parts too.
Your manufacturing warranty will be voided.
Sometimes cheaper is not always the best route.
I wish you all the best.
