So recently bought an s21 ultra for myself and an s21 for my wife, both of us have submitted claims for the galaxy buds pro and smart tag, both been accepted and had ref numbers and emails to confirm this, however when I go onto track my claim it says its not recognised, whereas my wife can see her claim status as accepted and awaiting dispatch.
Anyone else had this or found what the issue is?

I would try not to be too concerned as you've received the confirmation emails etc.
Earlier this week I placed my order for the Fold3 and received the same types of emails but like you the information didn't show up. The delivery happened anyway.
If the information does not show up in a few days then do contact your regions Samsung Support Department and I'm sure they'll be able to help.
