Receiver volume very low for S21 Ultra 5G

I have a problem with my S21 Ultra 5G, model SM-G998B/DS. The receiver call volume is so low. I can hardly hear someone when I call. I have to use loud speaker whenever I receive a call.

I need assistance.

Use the volume UP button on the side of the phone to put the ear speaker as high as it will go
