Hi @bnhgy, thanks for reaching out. Certain third party apps will be available to download via the Play Store and Galaxy Store as long as the device meets the requirements to install them, which includes the device being from the same region you're trying to install the app in. Please try signing out of your Samsung Account and Google Account from the phone by going into Settings > Accounts and backup. After you've done this, re-sign into your accounts and check in the Play Store and Galaxy Store for the app you're looking to install.
