Hi there I've done a experiment I've turned off put unused apps to sleep off but kept adaptive battery on and my battery life is still the same with put unused apps on and off...

plus I removed apps I put into deep sleep as I was getting app updated via the play store.... 

Anyone else use put unsued apps to sleep and deep sleep mode?

I put to sleep a lot of apps that I don't use or need, Facebook, health and Android auto to name a few. I still have adaptive battery on. Are you suggesting that I should enable the sleeping apps and just let adaptive battery do its own thing.
