I purchase my Samsung ultra S21 in September, I have tried to claim my free promotional earbus on the website. But i cannot find tbe right page

Launch the Samsung Members App and on the phone you've purchased and any applicable claim link should be somewhere near the top.

Check eligibility criteria as there are often claim by dates to adhere to.

This is one link I've found https://2021.samsungpromotions.claims/s21gift/en-GB 

This states " Claims must be submitted within 60 days of the purchase date. Full Ts&Cs apply. "
