Does anyone know how long it takes to receive your promotion. The overall experience is not worth the hassle in the future.

I originally tried to purchase an s21 in February to get free earbuds but no matter how what or when the website wouldn't let me checkout using my paypal credit.

I finally got it resolved by having an advisor make up the order and emailing a link to pay the balance.

This finally worked but guess what not offering buds anymore, I instead get a pointless £150 Google playstore voucher. Which I am still waiting for

Good luck with your promotion I think the promotion is a joke. Just for u to buy the phone I gave them proof off purchase I was told I was to late to get my free gift. So for that I will never buy samsung products ever again.
