Problem with my microphone on my s21 Ultra

I've had my phone for 2 months. I bought it refurbished on BackMarket but when I'm on a call with people they only hear a continuous shrill noise but not my voice. When this happens I can record my voice perfectly, without having a shrill sound. I don't understand what's going on and how to fix the problem. This product even on the internet via WhatsApp. How can I fix the problem? I have already tried to make a diagnosis of the microphone or restart the phone but this didn't fix it.
