Pre-Paid Packaging

I have not received the pre-paid packaging from Samsung.

Can anyone confirm that Samsung will forward Pre-Paid Packaging?

Just Received my new S21 ,I too was expecting pre paid packaging and return instructions for my part exchange old phone.

@Smithy17 @Shanegra: If you have traded in your existing phone, then please be aware that prepaid returns packaging is not included with the S21, and instead will be delivered to your address in the next few days, which you can use to return your existing handset to us. I hope this helps.
