When I pre ordered the s21 ultra it was saying delivery date 28th of January. 

 
Once my order has been places there has been no updated on my order and nothing has been delivered yet. When login in on the Samsung website to track order it doesn't even show the items being shipped yet.
 
Someone I know ordered the s21 ulta the same day as me but from Vodafone and got it delivered on the 28th of January that they were supposed to get it at. 
 
Really poor from samsung. The least they could have done is be more transparent with the dates of delivery rather than misleading customers.

Hey, I’m in the same boat in September. I ordered my phone August 25th. They took the payment out of my account the 27th and I have not heard anything in regards to my order status except wait another week, not to mention Samsung refuses to tell me what’s going on. It’s now almost October. It’s quite honestly unacceptable for a device that there will be another one in 3-4 months.
